My kitchen renovation started 10 years ago. I purchased an old house, all we wanted to do was make the kitchen look livable– not such a good idea. Wrong contractor, left old cabinets, replaced floor and counter top. (Waste of money and time). Floor cracked, water damage behind walls, heating system installed in the floor never worked, house sagging. Contractor never came back to repair his mistakes.
Sometimes you need to forget bad experience to move forward. I decided I love my house, we need to enjoy It!
We renovated the Kitchen with Jim; we worked with Jim on creating the kitchen of our dreams. He had great ideas and was more than willing to work with us. It was a very complicated project… The kitchen looks amazing, it works great with big parties, the Island is perfect not too big and not too small. Having family parties are great because the dining room flows very well into the kitchen. You have all generations participating in all activities. No one is left out; the rooms seem to come together.
We spend more time in the kitchen, not just making dinner.
